Two different students delved into Holocaust related art work. Erin Dittrich (above) researched three different survivors' artistic creations. Jan Komski, David Olere, and Tamara Deuel each had a different experience in the Holocaust and each produced his/her own form and style of art.

Lauren Lamb (lower right) started with the book of artwork called I never saw another butterfly and then did more research into the artwork produced by the children of Terezin. Terezin was a camp that was a "holding camp" of sorts for victims on their way to Auschwitz. The Nazis fixed up this camp for the American Red Cross visit--making it look very civilized, even pleasant. The camp was eventually liquidated, but the artwork survived to tell the truth about life at Terezin.
